Since its founding in 2012, Cinque Contracting has constructed over a million square feet of residential and commercial space and has successfully assisted clients in developing numerous acres of raw land. The company’s unbroken record of success has its roots in the philosophy and vision of its founder, Neal Horne. Horne has always aimed to streamline the various aspects of development and construction by having them managed by one well-functioning firm. As a result, Cinque Contracting can carry out every part of a project, including developing the land, producing complex designs, and creating homes and buildings that are beautiful, functional, and reliably strong.

Cinque helped me transform 2 bedrooms into a office and media room. In the process they removed a wall, moved electric, painted and helped install the media equipment. They were very timely and reasonably priced. I wish I could give Neal and Cinque Residential 6 stars! He was recommended by a neighbor who had already used the company and been exceedingly happy with the results. He provided detailed information about what work was needed, how repairs would be made, how much it would cost and when the work would be done. He is totally a man of his word. Cinque built my house in Dallas and did a fantastic job. Attentive to all details, and stayed with the project until I was completely satisfied. We found the house when it was almost finished being built, but when I asked for certain strange variations – there was a one car garage that I wanted converted into an office – they jumped on the project, figuring out how to make it all work and combine it with the original plans. Air conditioning, windows, an all the accoutrements of an office soon appeared. I would strongly recommend hiring this company. The best I have ever dealt with.
